A neatly set restaurant table with the Hell’s Kitchen signature dishes: a Beef Wellington slice with potato purée, glazed carrots and red wine sauce in front, seared scallops on pea purée, lobster risotto and a sticky toffee pudding with ice cream behind

The Hell's Kitchen menu is not identical at every restaurant. The seven US Hell's Kitchen restaurants share a core of Gordon Ramsay signature dishes (Beef Wellington, pan-seared scallops, lobster risotto, crispy skin salmon and sticky toffee pudding) plus the Notes From Gordon cocktail, but each location adds its own dishes, drinks and menu formats, and even the shared dishes change their garnish from city to city. The Wellington is the one plate that reads the same everywhere: potato purée, glazed root vegetables and a red wine demi-glace.

This guide puts every US menu side by side, built from the official Hell's Kitchen menus that Gordon Ramsay Restaurants publishes for each location (menus checked October 9, 2026). It covers what's shared and what's local, how often the menus change, where to order the Wellington, and how Hell's Kitchen compares with Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas. Prices move too often to print, so each row points you to that location's own menu. To cook the dishes yourself, start with our Hell's Kitchen recipes or browse the food and drink guides.

Are All Hell's Kitchen Menus the Same?

No, no two Hell's Kitchen menus match line for line. Every one of the seven US menus lists the same five signature dishes and the Notes From Gordon cocktail, and all seven offer a three-course prix fixe built around the Wellington. Around that core, each restaurant writes its own starters, steaks, sides, cocktails and set menus, and only four of them serve lunch (one of those on weekends only).

Read the table as two families. Four of the resort restaurants (Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Lake Tahoe and Southern California) run a steakhouse-style dinner menu with one prix fixe, and Las Vegas adds lunch. Miami and Washington, D.C. share almost the same menu with each other: the same lunch and dinner prix fixe, the same Express Lunch, the same five-course tasting menu that ends with a petite Wellington and sticky toffee pudding, and the same kids menu. Foxwoods sits in between, with a weekend lunch menu of burgers, sandwiches and pizzas.

Outside the US, the official locations page also lists Hell's Kitchen restaurants in Enoch, Alberta (at the River Cree Resort), London (at the Cumberland Hotel) and Ibiza (at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel). They don't appear on the US menus page, so check each one's own site for its menu.

What every Hell's Kitchen menu shares

  • Beef Wellington with potato purée, glazed root vegetables and red wine demi-glace, at all seven locations.
  • Pan-seared scallops with bacon lardons and a vegetable purée, at all seven.
  • Lobster risotto with a butter-poached lobster tail, at all seven.
  • Crispy skin salmon, at all seven, with a different garnish at nearly every one.
  • Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, at all seven.
  • The Notes From Gordon gin cocktail, which comes with a message from Ramsay, at all seven.
  • Caesar salad with a parmesan frico, wagyu meatballs or oysters on the half shell at most locations.

That shared core is deliberate. Asked by the San Diego Union-Tribune how he chose the restaurant's signature dishes, Ramsay said he looked at what had stayed on the show's menu across its seasons to test contestants, picking the TV favorites that adapt well to a restaurant. He also said there are no secret off-menu items. If you've watched the show, you've seen most of the core list cooked under pressure on the line.

How the shared dishes change by location

Even the signature dishes are written differently at each Hell's Kitchen. The scallops sit on a different purée almost everywhere, the lobster risotto changes its finish, and the sticky toffee pudding comes with a different ice cream. Only the Wellington's plate stays fixed.

LocationScallops are served onLobster risotto finishSticky toffee pudding ice cream
Las VegasEnglish pea purée, potato crisp, citrus beurre blancTruffle risotto, crispy onionsSpeculoos (brown butter gelato on the prix fixe)
Atlantic CityPea purée, pickled fennelJersey corn, pickled shallots, parmesanDulce de leche
Lake TahoeCorn purée, corn relishTruffle risotto, crispy onionsSpeculoos (Biscoff on the prix fixe)
Southern CaliforniaPea purée, pickled fennel, chicken jusFennel, parmesan, confit lemonDulce de leche
FoxwoodsCelery root purée, pickled Granny Smith appleTruffle, crispy onions, fried parsleyDulce de leche, with English toffee sauce
MiamiCarrot-ginger purée at lunch, pea purée at dinnerRoasted mushrooms, black garlic brothIce cream with English toffee sauce
Washington, D.C.Carrot-ginger puréeRoasted mushrooms, black garlic brothIce cream with English toffee sauce

The pattern points to how the kitchens work: the dish name and its central technique are fixed (a hard sear on the scallop, a butter-poached tail on the risotto, a date sponge under toffee sauce), and the vegetable or garnish around it follows the region and the season. For the home versions, our Hell's Kitchen scallops and lobster risotto recipes cover the core technique.

Hell's Kitchen does not publish a menu-change schedule, so there is no official answer to how often the Hell's Kitchen menu changes. What the menus themselves show is a fixed core of signature dishes that has held for years, with seasonal dishes, limited-time set menus and the cocktail list rotating around it, location by location.

  • Seasonal dishes rotate. In October 2026, Foxwoods lists a pumpkin soup and a harvest quinoa salad with butternut squash, Lake Tahoe an apple butterscotch cheesecake, and Miami a fall negroni. Caesars describes the Atlantic City menu as adding seasonal items built on local ingredients and seafood.
  • Some menus are labelled limited edition. Miami's Miami Spice lunch and dinner prix fixe menus carry that label, as does the tasting menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak.
  • Cause-driven desserts come and go. Miami and D.C. list The Power of Pink, a dessert created with Next Level Baker champion Stefanie Embree for breast cancer awareness.
  • Cocktail lists turn over fastest. Miami's drinks list carried a watermelon and Fresno margarita on October 3, 2026, the drink our watermelon Fresno margarita recipe is based on. By October 9 it was gone, replaced by a fall list with a spicy pomegranate margarita. Atlantic City still pours a Casamigos version.
  • Details drift even on long-running dishes. Eater San Diego's 2022 opening report on the Southern California restaurant listed the butter-poached lobster tail with truffle risotto and the Pitchfork cocktail. The Pitchfork is still on that menu; the risotto now comes with fennel, parmesan and confit lemon.

The practical rule: if a specific dish or drink is the reason you're booking, check that location's menu in the week you go. The Wellington, scallops, lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding are the safe bets, because they are the dishes the restaurant was built on.

Beef Wellington on the Hell's Kitchen Menu: Where and How to Order It

Beef Wellington is on the Hell's Kitchen menu at all seven US locations as an à la carte entrée, so you never need a set menu to order it. It also anchors the prix fixe everywhere one is offered, and Miami and D.C. serve a smaller petite Wellington on their lunch prix fixe and tasting menus. Current prices are on each location's official menu, linked in the table above.

A slice of Hell’s Kitchen-style Beef Wellington on a white plate with potato purée, glazed baby carrots and red wine sauce, in a dimly lit restaurant
  • À la carte: all seven locations list it as an entrée, and Foxwoods lists it on the lunch menu too.
  • On the three-course prix fixe: Las Vegas (lunch and dinner), Atlantic City, Lake Tahoe, Southern California, Foxwoods, Miami and D.C.
  • Black truffle Beef Wellington: the main course of the Las Vegas dinner prix fixe.
  • Petite Beef Wellington: Miami and D.C. lunch prix fixe and five-course tasting menu, and an upgrade on their Express Lunch.
  • Add-ons: several menus offer a lobster tail, foie gras or seasonal truffles on top of the Wellington.
  • Doneness: the Foxwoods, Miami and Southern California menus state it is served medium rare.

Most menus mark the Wellington with an asterisk because the beef is served pink. The note at the foot of each menu is the consumer advisory that the FDA Food Code (section 3-603.11, which Miami's menu cites by number) asks restaurants to print beside raw or undercooked animal foods. At home, the USDA safe minimum for a whole beef roast is 145°F with a 3-minute rest, while a medium-rare Wellington comes out of the oven around 120 to 125°F and climbs a few degrees more as carryover heat moves inward from the hot pastry. Our Hell's Kitchen Beef Wellington recipe walks through the show's method, and the Beef Wellington cook time and temperature guide covers the timings by size.

Gordon Ramsay Steak vs Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas

Gordon Ramsay Steak and Hell's Kitchen are two different Ramsay restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip, both at Caesars Entertainment resorts. Hell's Kitchen, in front of Caesars Palace, is the show-themed restaurant with red and blue kitchens, open for lunch and dinner with set menus built on the TV dishes. Gordon Ramsay Steak, inside Paris Las Vegas, is a dinner-only steakhouse in a British-inspired room, built around dry-aged and wagyu beef.

The choice comes down to why you're going. If the show is the draw, Hell's Kitchen gives you the set, the Notes From Gordon cocktail and a prix fixe that runs scallops, Wellington and sticky toffee pudding in one sitting, and it's the only one of the two you can book for lunch. If the steak is the draw, Gordon Ramsay Steak's menu goes much deeper on beef, while still offering the Wellington. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants calls the Caesars Palace location the world's first Hell's Kitchen restaurant; Wikipedia dates the chain's launch to January 2018.

Lunch, Dress Code and Reservations at Hell's Kitchen

Lunch is on the Hell's Kitchen menu at four US locations, the dress code is relaxed where the restaurants state one, and every location takes reservations through its "Book a Table" page. The official answers, location by location:

  • Lunch: Las Vegas, Miami and D.C. open at 11 a.m. or shortly after, and Foxwoods serves lunch Friday to Sunday from 11:30 a.m. Atlantic City, Lake Tahoe and Southern California open for dinner only.
  • Brunch: no US location publishes a separate brunch menu. D.C.'s FAQ says its full menu is served from the 11 a.m. opening.
  • Dress code: the Miami and D.C. FAQs say no dress code is enforced, though many guests dress up. Harrah's lists business casual for the Southern California restaurant.
  • Reservations: the official FAQ sends you to each location's Book a Table page. Foxwoods takes bookings up to 60 days ahead, and D.C. releases cancellations back to its online booking system straight away.
  • Kids: Miami and D.C. publish a Ramsay Kids menu and say children of all ages are welcome.
  • Vegetarian and vegan: Foxwoods and Southern California publish dedicated vegetarian and vegan menus, including pan-seared tofu "scallops".
  • Service charge: D.C. adds a 20% service charge to the bill and says it is not a tip.

One more detail that matters if you're planning around the show: Season 23 winner Kyle Timpson runs the Foxwoods kitchen, the restaurant where his season was filmed, per Foxwoods' announcement. Our Hell's Kitchen Season 25 guide covers the current season, and the Hell's Kitchen sponsors page covers the brands in its credits.

Which Hell's Kitchen Menu to Order From

If you want the Wellington and the sticky toffee pudding in one meal, order the prix fixe. At every Hell's Kitchen that runs one, the main course is the Wellington (or a choice that includes it) and dessert is the sticky toffee pudding, so the set menu is the most direct route through the Hell's Kitchen menu's two most famous dishes. Add the scallops as the starter where they're offered and you've eaten the show's greatest hits.

For the most distinctive menu, Lake Tahoe stands out: a shellfish tower for two, a 32-ounce dry-aged tomahawk, a house Maker's Mark selection in its Old Fashioned and a run of Taylor Fladgate tawny port flights. Miami and D.C. win on choice of format, with lunch, Express Lunch, a tasting menu and, in Miami, a weekday happy hour.

Hell's Kitchen Menu FAQs

The questions that come up most: whether all Hell's Kitchen menus are the same, how often the menu changes, whether the Beef Wellington is on every menu and what it costs, what the prix fixe includes, whether Hell's Kitchen serves lunch, how it compares with Gordon Ramsay Steak, the dress code, and what the asterisks on the menu mean.

Are all Hell's Kitchen menus the same?

No. All seven US Hell's Kitchen restaurants serve the same signature dishes (Beef Wellington, pan-seared scallops, lobster risotto, crispy skin salmon and sticky toffee pudding) and the Notes From Gordon cocktail, but each location writes its own starters, steaks, sides, cocktails and set menus, and the garnishes on the shared dishes differ.

How often does the Hell's Kitchen menu change?

Hell's Kitchen does not publish a schedule. The signature dishes stay put, while seasonal dishes, limited-edition set menus and cocktails rotate at each location; Miami's cocktail list, for example, changed between October 3 and October 9, 2026. Check the location's official menu before you go.

How much is the Beef Wellington at Hell's Kitchen?

Prices vary by location and change, so check that location's official menu for the current figure. The Wellington is sold à la carte at all seven US locations and is also the main course of the three-course prix fixe; Miami and D.C. offer a smaller petite Wellington on their lunch prix fixe and tasting menus.

What is on the Hell's Kitchen prix fixe menu?

At most locations it is three courses: pan-seared scallops or a salad to start, Beef Wellington as the main, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert, with an optional wine pairing. Southern California also offers miso salmon as the main, and Las Vegas uses a black truffle Wellington at dinner.

Does Hell's Kitchen serve lunch?

Las Vegas, Miami and Washington, D.C. serve lunch daily, and Foxwoods serves lunch Friday to Sunday. Atlantic City, Lake Tahoe and Southern California are dinner only.

Is Gordon Ramsay Steak or Hell's Kitchen better in Las Vegas?

They do different jobs. Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace is the show-themed restaurant with lunch and dinner set menus of the TV dishes; Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas is a dinner-only steakhouse focused on dry-aged and wagyu beef. Both serve Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding.

Does Hell's Kitchen have a dress code?

The Miami and Washington, D.C. restaurants say they do not enforce a dress code, though many guests dress up. Harrah's lists business casual for the Southern California location.

What do the asterisks on the Hell's Kitchen menu mean?

They mark dishes served raw or undercooked, such as the medium-rare Wellington, oysters and tartare. The footnote is the consumer advisory the FDA Food Code asks restaurants to print: eating raw or undercooked meat, seafood or eggs may raise the risk of foodborne illness.
