  • 1 lb Ground Beef (preferably 80/20 mix)

  • 4 slices Gruyère Cheese

  • 1 cup Mushrooms (such as cremini or button), sliced

  • 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions

  • 4 Hamburger Buns

  • Salt and Pepper To taste

  • Guinness Mustard Aioli Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Guinness Stout

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Directions

  • Prepare Guinness Mustard Aioli:
  • Mix mayonnaise, Guinness stout, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and Pepper in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cook Mushrooms:
  • In a skillet, heat some butter or Oil over medium heat.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown and tender.
  • Season with salt and Pepper, then set aside.
  • Prepare Patties:

  • Season both sides with salt and Pepper.
