Instructions
Braise Short Ribs (Day Before):
- Season the short ribs with salt, Pepper, and spices.
- In a large pot, heat oil over high heat. Sear the short ribs on all sides until browned.
- Cover with beef stock and bring to a simmer. Cook on low heat or in an oven at 325°F for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare Pickled Shallots (Day Before):
- In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
