Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (preferably 80/20 mix)

  • 4 slices Dubliner Cheese

  • 8 strips Bacon (2 for each burger)

  • 4 Eggs

  • 4 Hamburger Buns

  • Salt and Pepper To taste

  • Butter or Oil For frying

  • Cook Bacon:
  • In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • Prepare Patties:
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions.
  • Form each into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
  • Season both sides with salt and Pepper.
  • Preheat Grill:
  • Preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat.
