Refund and Returns Policy

At Hell’s Kitchen Recipes, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely pleased, here’s our policy on refunds and returns.

Duration of Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Flowers
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Please note that we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions:

  • Any book with obvious signs of use
  • An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not related to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

First, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is typically some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [insert email address] and send the item to 13300 S. Cleveland Ave Suite 56, Fort Myers, FL 33907.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time your exchanged product reaches you depends on where you live.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning higher-value items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
