1tsp.Truffle Oil
1tsp.Finely Chopped Truffles (optional)
For the Truffle Aioli
1/2cupMayonnaise
1tbsp.Truffle Oil
1cloveGarlic, minced
1tsp.Lemon Juice

Instructions
Prepare Truffle Butter and Aioli:
For the truffle butter, mix together softened butter, truffle oil, and chopped truffles if using. Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, truffle oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and Pepper for the truffle aioli. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cook Bacon:
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
Prepare Patties:
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions.
Form each into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
Season both sides with salt and Pepper.
Cook Burgers:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for about 4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Cheese Topping:
When the patties are nearly done, top each with a slice of Truffle Tremor cheese. Allow it to melt slightly.
Fry Eggs:
In a separate skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
Prepare Buns:
Spread truffle butter on the inside of the hamburger buns.
Toast them lightly on the grill or skillet.
Assemble Burgers:
Spread truffle aioli on the bottom bun.
Add a layer of frisée lettuce.
