Instructions
Caramelize Onions:
In a skillet, melt butter over low heat.
Add the thinly sliced onions, season with a pinch of salt, and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until they are deeply caramelized and sweet. This may take 30-40 minutes. Set aside.
Prepare Wagyu Beef Patties:
Divide the Wagyu beef into four 10 oz portions.
Gently form each into a patty, careful not to overwork the meat.
Season both sides of each patty with salt and Pepper.
Preheat Grill or Skillet:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grates or pan.
Cook Wagyu Patties:
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, adjusting the time based on your preference.
A minute before the patties are done, place a slice of Dubliner cheese on each to melt.
Prepare Foie Gras Spread:
Bring the foie gras to room temperature.
Mash or blend it until it's spreadable. You can mix it with a little butter for a smoother consistency if desired.
Prepare Buns:
Butter the insides of the hamburger buns.
Toast them on the grill or in a skillet until lightly golden.
Assemble Burgers:
Spread a generous amount of foie gras on the bottom buns.
Place the cheese-topped Wagyu beef patty on top.
Add a heap of caramelized onions.
Cap with the top bun.
Serve:
Serve the Luxe Royale Burgers immediately, ideally with a simple side like truffle fries or a light salad to balance the richness.

Notes
To make the ultimate juicy burger, create a small dimple in the center of each patty before cooking. This technique prevents the burgers from puffing up in the middle and ensures even cooking.
