A juicy, gourmet burger inspired by Gordon Ramsay's Farmhouse Burger recipe, featuring high-quality ground beef, sharp cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and tomato, all nestled between a toasted brioche bun with homemade garlic mayo.
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Prepare Patties:
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions.
Form each into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
Season both sides with salt and Pepper.
Preheat Grill:
Preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat.
Lightly Oil the grill grates or pan.
Cook Burgers:
Grill the patties for about 4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
A couple of minutes before they are done, place a slice of Dubliner cheese on each patty to melt.
Fry Eggs:
In a separate skillet, heat some butter or Oil.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry to your desired doneness (sunny side up or over easy is recommended).
Prepare Buns:
Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet.
Assemble Burgers:
Place the cheese-topped burger patty on the bottom bun.
Add two strips of crispy bacon on top of each patty.
Gently place a fried egg on top of the bacon.
Cap with the top bun.
Serve:
Serve the Farmhouse Burgers immediately, ideally with a side like hash browns or roasted potatoes.

Notes
Chill the seasoned burger patties for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will help them hold together better and maintain their shape on the grill.
