Euro Burger Recipe
Gordon Ramsay Euro Burger features a juicy beef patty topped with goat cheese, arugula, and caramelized onions, served on a toasted brioche bun. This gourmet burger, inspired by European flavors, combines Chef Gordon Ramsay's signature cooking techniques with continental ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (preferably 80/20 mix)
- 4 oz (or 4 slices) Goat Cheese
- 1 cup Arugula
- 2 medium -sized Tomatoes (for roasting)
- 4 - Hamburger Buns
- Salt and Pepper To taste
- Olive Oil
Truffle Aioli
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Instructions
Prepare Truffle Aioli:
- Mix mayonnaise, truffle oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and Pepper in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Roast Tomatoes:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and Pepper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until they are slightly charred and tender.
Prepare Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions.
- Form each into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
- Season both sides with salt and Pepper.
Cook Burgers:
- Grill the patties for about 4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Prepare Buns:
- Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a skillet.
Assemble Burgers:
- Spread truffle aioli on the bottom buns.
- Place a layer of arugula.
- Add the grilled burger patty.
- Top with goat cheese and a roasted tomato slice.
- Cap with the top bun.
Serve:
- Serve the Euro Burgers immediately, ideally with a side like seasoned fries or a fresh salad.
