Ingredients
  

  • 4 Plant-based Burger Patties (choose your favorite brand)
  • 4 Vegan Hamburger Buns
  • 2 medium sized Tomatoes (for roasting)
  • 4 leaves Butter Lettuce
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • Salt, Pepper to taste, and Additional Spices (like smoked paprika or cumin)
  • Olive Oil For roasting and grilling

For the Eggless Garlic Mayo

  • 1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs. Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

Prepare Eggless Garlic Mayo:

  • Mix vegan mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and Pepper in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

Roast Tomatoes:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the tomatoes and lay them on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, Pepper, and optional spices.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they are slightly charred and tender.

Cook Plant-Based Patties:

  • Preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates or pan.
  • Grill the plant-based patties according to the package instructions, typically about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Season with additional spices if desired.

Prepare Vegan Buns:

  • Lightly toast the vegan hamburger buns on the grill or in a skillet.

Assemble Burgers:

  • Spread a generous amount of eggless garlic mayo on the bottom bun.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by the grilled plant-based patty.
  • Add roasted tomato slices and avocado slices.
  • Cap with the top bun.

Serve:

  • Serve the Viva Vegan Burgers immediately, with your choice of vegan sides like sweet potato fries, a quinoa salad, or grilled vegetables.
